The fine lines in the center with the alternating light and dark tones around the outer circle do a superb job of creating subtle rotation, like the gears and hands of a clock.

Is it still ? Is it moving ? It is calm and full of life. You do a wondeful work with colours and lines, always. And each page has a different feel from the others !
